My typical Fridays involve happy hour, and zero physical activity. Well, I decided that I set a different trend this Friday. I came home, laced up my Asics, and harnessed up the trusty Moose, and headed out. While I felt a little stiff, and a little less energetic at the end of the week, I managed to get in a 4.16 miler, that had more then its fair share of hills.
Despite the hills, stiffness, and low energy - I feel good about accomplishing something other then a few 12 ounce curls on my Friday afternoon. :)
